Dating back to 1616, Haremere Hall offers relaxed country grandeur in a beautiful position just forty five minutes from London with Etchingham station nearby. It is a genuinely historic house with wonderful original features and is furnished with antiques. Enjoy catching up over supper in front of a roaring log fire in the dining room, your favourite tipple in the sitting room, alfresco meals on the terrace and a good nights sleep in one of the themed bedrooms, each with its own unique style. The first floor

  • Small single bedroom (accessed via the Lady Laetitia’s room and also independently via the landing).

  • The Duchesses bedroom is a large and elegant room with an en-suite bathroom with WC and wash basin, as well as a dressing room.
  • Two extra bedrooms are available to rent separately at 5% of overall cost. Both bedrooms have double beds and wash basins and there is an additional bathroom for the use of these two bedrooms.

Outside: The estate consists of 150 acres of parkland and two acres of gardens providing guests with plenty of space to enjoy. (there is a pond and some steep banks so children will need to be supervised). The tennis court and unseated swimming pool are for guests use. Off-road parking for six cars.

Additional information: Prices include oil fired central heating (an allowance of £150 per week and £75 per short break during October to April), electricity, bed linen and towels.
